*I live in Pittsburgh PA and have lived here all my life.
*I'm currently a social worker.
*I began writing poetry in 2002. I've been published in a few places.

*Once when I was running in the woods a moth flew into my open mouth and I swallowed it.
*I used to experience Sleep Paralysis often while a teenager and into my early twenties.
